Beautiful Maasai Women's Beadwork!

This beautifully worked collar was made by Mama Elizabeti for Kate Martin, a Canadian volunteer teacher at Emusoi Centre for Maasai girls in Arush, Tanzania.   This is a dance collar worn by the women whose dancing consists of "shaking the shoulders" bouncing the collars as they move.
