Made by Mama Esupat for Kate Martin, a Canadian volunteer teacher at Emusoi Centre for Maasai girls in Arusha, Tanzania.  This dance collar is worn by the women whose dancing consists of "shaking the shoulders" to bounce the collar as they move.
